چکیده

Introduction. During arthroplasty in patients with altered anatomy and osteoporosis of the acetabulum, stable fixation acetabular component endoprosthesis is a very difficult task. There are studies on bone tissue bonding to titanium, tantalum ceramic coatings endoprostheses. However, there insufficient data influence strength characteristics modern surfaces cups for hip endoprostheses distribution mechanical stresses around implanted components. The purpose was study mathematical model changes stress-strain state endoprosthesis-bone system as result using porous cup. Materials methods. A modeling has been carried out human joint Du-ring study, defect roof filled implant fixed two screws simulated, well floor “chips”. Endoprosthesis were modeled versions: from solid titanium spray coating those entirely made titanium. distributed load 540 N applied sacrum. between iliac wing greater trochanter femur simulating action gluteus medius — 1150 minimus 50 N. Results. use cup normal acetabulum leads occurrence maximum (15.9 MPa) its posterior-upper part. Minimum 4.6 MPa observed center acetabulum. an allows reducing level If roof, causes less stress than But graft, remains practically unchanged, regardless type presence significantly it, compared all-metal coating. Conclusions. all control points model, both defects floor, without defects.
